Organ’Phantom, a cultural organisation based in Bordeaux and founded in 2008, offers its open-air cinema equipment – a giant screen and a video projector – for screenings, either outdoors or indoors, for large audiences of up to 200 people.
Used by the association for its own screenings and video-mapping projects, this equipment is also hired out to other organisations: schools, associations, festival committees, local authorities and businesses wishing to organise an outdoor film screening.
A tried and tested standard
This equipment has already been hired out on several occasions, notably for sessions organised by a primary school in Floirac through the “Ça marche pour Jaurès” association.

What set-up is suitable for how many people?
Our 4.07 x 2.29 m screen and video projector allow us to comfortably accommodate up to 200 people, both indoors and outdoors.
Is sound equipment included in the hire?
No, the hire includes the screen and the projector. You will need to arrange the sound system (speakers, amplification) yourself: we do not recommend any partner sound service providers.
Can we hire the equipment without a technician?
We recommend that the installation be carried out by an Organ’Phantom technician. This is to ensure the equipment is configured correctly and can be used safely.
Equipment can be hired on a dry-hire basis, provided that someone trained in the use of professional video projectors is present.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend that you contact us at least two months before your preferred date, as demand is higher during the summer and during the school holidays in Gironde.
